Case study
AutoxScan – Sellina and OMS Apilo implementation for a leading automotive diagnostics company
Centralization of multi-channel sales – challenges and implementation goals
The main strategic goal was to create an efficient and centralized B2B and B2C eCommerce ecosystem that would automate order processing and enable continued, uninterrupted business growth. Together with AutoxScan, we defined the project's key goals:
Implementation of a scalable eCommerce platform
Implementation of the autoxscanstore.com store on the Sellina engine, which will ensure high performance and open up new development opportunities.
Creation of a central sales management system
Full implementation and configuration of the Apilo OMS system, which integrates orders from all sales channels (store, Allegro) in one place. Integration of Sellina (Magento) with Apilo.
Efficient data migration
Secure and complete data transfer (products, orders, customers)
from WooCommerce to a new platform.
Ensuring continuity of B2B customer service
Smooth migration of the database of existing business partners while maintaining their commercial terms.
What does the B2B + B2C eCommerce implementation process with OMS look like? Project implementation stages
The project was divided into three strategic stages, which ensured a coherent and smooth transition to the new system architecture.
01
Implementation and configuration of OMS Apilo
We took full responsibility for launching the Apilo system. Our team completed the entire configuration, preparing the system to serve as a central point for order management, and then integrated it with the new B2B and B2C eCommerce platform.
02
Implementation of the store on the platform Sellina
We implemented the autoxscanstore.com store, providing the client with extensive support in configuring all key elements of the website, from shopping cart logic to payment and delivery methods.
Data migration from WooCommerce
We performed a complete data migration, ensuring a smooth transfer of all information previously stored there to the new, more efficient environment.
Dedicated solutions – the key to optimizing distributor processes
The success of the project was based not only on the implementation of the basic version of Sellina, but above all on taking advantage of its openness to development and providing dedicated solutions that responded to the specific needs of a distributor from the automotive industry.
Full implementation of OMS Apilo
We created a true sales command center for the client. This wasn't just a simple integration, but a full implementation service that allowed them to automate and streamline logistics and sales processes across the entire company.
Landing Page Module
We've implemented an advanced module that allows you to independently build extensive product and image pages for individual brands. The ability to embed specific products is a powerful marketing tool for any distributor.
Extensive shipping matrices
We created custom shipping logic that bases available shipping methods on the "size" attribute assigned to the product. This solution optimizes costs and logistics for products with non-standard dimensions.
Advanced order import module
We have launched the functionality of mass import of orders/baskets from CSV, XLS and XLSX files, which is a significant improvement for B2B customers placing large, recurring orders.
The effects of Sellin and Apilo implementation – summary and benefits for our client
The AutoxScan project demonstrates that migrating from limiting technology to a modern, integrated B2B and B2C eCommerce ecosystem is the best investment in a company's future. By implementing the Sellina platform and the Apilo OMS system, the client gained not only scalable and efficient tools but, above all, a centralized system that allows for the effective management of growing multi-channel sales.
Dedicated modules like the landing page builder and advanced shipping rules demonstrate our deep understanding of distributor needs. For companies facing similar challenges, AutoxScan's story is an example of how a strategic technology partnership can transform operational chaos into a streamlined and profitable process.
