Ergonode is a Polish tool that has gained recognition in recent years both in Poland and in Western markets. Unlike Akeneo and Pimcore, it is available exclusively in a commercial SaaS model – there is no open source version, meaning predictable subscription costs instead of infrastructure and system maintenance expenses.

Ergonode's biggest advantage is its modern user interface and approach to workflow management. Creating product cards, managing data entry statuses, and working with multiple editors simultaneously—all of this is more transparent and intuitive in Ergonode than in competing systems. The SaaS model also means continuous development: new features are released to users monthly, without the need for IT updates.

The basic paid package (Essential) supports up to 30,000 products and a limited number of users.
