Due to a growing group of clients that we help scale, automate and digitize sales processes in digital channels by implementing e-commerce, B2B and PIM systems - we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team, a person who will lead project teams.

We are looking for a person who feels e-commerce, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience in leading IT projects.

Throughout the period of work with the client, a Consultant from our team will be present alongside the project implementers to support you with their subject matter expertise and ensure your dynamic development.

You will be the first point of contact for a select group of our clients, and your job will be to ensure that the project runs smoothly, maintains great client relationships, and proves the scope of work agreed upon with the client.

We are looking for a person who already has similar experience. These do not have to be exactly the same as the duties described, as we will provide you with support during onboarding into projects. However, the most important (and most carefully evaluated) will be your team planning, communication skills, and experience working with budgets.

What will you do during your daily duties?

Working with the implementation team:

• Creating, describing and delegating tasks,

• monitoring of project implementation

• Monitoring and budget planning,

• Maintaining order in documentation and in JIRA,

• conducting team meetings

Working with customers

• conducting meetings with customers

• Participate in customer development planning → in cooperation with the Consultant

• collecting and organizing customer requirements

• Ensuring smooth communication between the team and the customer

Communicating with a group of 4-7 clients of varying scale → not everyone requires daily care

Work with the PM team to build internal work standards and processes.

Our requirements:

• Positive disposition, communicativeness and ease in establishing relationships with people - this is not an empty requirement, it is an important recruitment point.

• Organizational skills, accuracy, conscientiousness and punctuality.

• Experience in monitoring Project Budgets,

• Experience in laying out the plan in Schedules and Roadmaps

• Ability to organize and structure information

• Proficiency in learning new tools → the systems we implement are new to clients and we often help them find their way around them, plus we work on several tools, plus each client has a number of their own tools they use. An innate curiosity and ease of learning them will be necessary for smooth work and your development.

• Willingness to visit once a month the office in the center of Katowice - the office is located 4 min walk from the railway station.

• Min. 3 years in project management positions.

• Min. one year experience in e-Commerce or similar industry

• Knowledge of English at the B2 level
