Case study: Redesign of Liberty Motors corporate website, digitization of the rental process through Liberty Rental and launch of
online sales on Liberty MotoStore

An additional challenge in the Liberty Motors project was to expand the omnichannel model, improve lead processing, and embed the online store into the visual ecosystem of offline sales. We used Headless architecture + Magento 2 engine, which became Master Data Source. We introduced a number of dedicated solutions.

As a result, we have increased Liberty Motors' brand recognition online. We significantly simplified the motorcycle rental process and expanded our offer. The creation of the store allowed us to open a new sales channel and achieve the ROPO effect.

A key design challenge was the redesign of the corporate website

We started our work with changes to the Liberty Motors corporate website. We wanted to unify the company's existing image and improve brand recognition online. We made both visual changes and comprehensive improvements to the architecture of basic information.

Digitization of the motorcycle rental process

Caring for the modern image of Liberty Motors, we decided to digitize the motorcycle rental process. Thus, the Liberty Rental service was created, which comprehensively supports the online rental of vehicles of top brands.

The entire rental path has been simplified and shortened as much as possible for both customers and Liberty Motors itself. We took care of the proper collection and processing of contact leads. In addition, we introduced the calculation of the cost of motorcycle rental in real-time, taking into account different locations, days of the week, and hours.

Launching online sales through Liberty MotoStore

The final and most important challenge from a business perspective was the launch of online sales through the Liberty MotoStore.

An important element here was the creation of a structured database of products keeping in mind the appropriate quality of information on all their attributes.

The look of the store was designed based on the previously prepared Liberty Motors and Liberty Rental corporate website. As a result, we maintained a consistent visual layer that constitutes a single whole.

Magento 2 as Master Data Source

Taking care of the uniformity of information, we decided to treat Magento 2 as a Master Data Source, i.e. the main place that stores consistent data used on all sites.

The customer was given the ability to conveniently and easily manage information, take care of the lending process, and process orders coming from the online store. All this from a single administrative panel. The store is the main source of product information and is used in stationary stores as an element for viewing the product catalog on multimedia information terminals - InfoKiosks.

We used Headless architecture + Magento 2 engine, which became Master Data Source. We introduced a number of dedicated solutions. In the course of discussions and workshops, clearly defined needs emerged that required the preparation of dedicated solutions for our client.

The most interesting of these are: the automatic creation of a size table - provision of contact person information in connection with the dealership, motorcycle brand, and position to facilitate customer resolution - a mechanism for collecting and processing contact leads from promoted events - calculation of the cost of motorcycle rental in real time taking into account different locations, days of the week and hours

An important and strategic element in this project has been the implementation of the consistency of information on offer in the Liberty MotoStore.

It's also the right investment in terms of our client's further development in the direction of online motorcycle trade, or creating distribution of more brands on the Polish market.

Greater brand recognition for Liberty Motors

By unifying the appearance of all new sites and providing graphic support during the arrangement of stationary showrooms, the Liberty Motors brand has achieved a unified image.

A common identity for both the online and offline worlds has increased brand recognition, making it easy for customers to treat all services as one cohesive unit under the Liberty Motors brand.

Modern rental with 27% growth

The introduction of the Liberty Rental service has effectively improved the motorcycle rental process, as directly evidenced by a 27% increase in bookings made. In addition, we have easily expanded our rental offerings to include more vehicles such as traditional and electric bicycles.

Opening up to a new sales channel

The creation of Liberty MotoStore has opened the door to an entirely new sales channel with high growth potential.

At the same time, thanks to the strong brand, the ROPO (Research Online, Purchase Offline) effect was naturally achieved, which attracted new customers to stationary stores by making a wide range of products available in the online store.
