§ 1.

[General Provisions]

This policy sets forth the rules for handling personal and other data of Users in connection with the operation of the Website.

§ 2.

[Definitions]

Terms used in the regulations mean:

a. Administrator - KMK Group sp. z o. o. with its seat in Katowice (40-067) at 15a Mikołowska Street, loc. 2, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court of Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register with the number KRS: 0000461672, having NIP 6312649340.

b. Website - the website available at https://www.cognize.pl.

c. User - a natural person who visits the Website or, by providing his/her personal data in the contact form available on the Website, contacts the Administrator in order to conclude a contract or obtain information about the services offered by the Administrator.

§ 3.

[Data Protection].

(1) The Administrator is the controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with respect to personal data collected through the Website. The User has the right to access and correct personal data collected by the Administrator.

(2) The user also has the right to request the deletion or restriction of the processing of personal data and the transfer of data to another controller under the terms of generally applicable laws. The User is also entitled to object to the processing of his/her personal data, including, in particular, in the situation of profiling on the basis of the processed personal data.

(3) The user shall be entitled to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) whenever there is a suspicion that his personal data is being processed in violation of the law.

(4) In the event of a change in personal data, the User shall immediately inform the Administrator by sending an appropriate e-mail to kontakt@cognize.pl.

(5) Users' personal data shall not be transferred to data recipients within the meaning of the RODO, except in cases where such an obligation is imposed on the Administrator under generally applicable laws, to entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator.

§ 4.

[Inquiries]

(1) If you address an inquiry to the Administrator via any type of contact form or by any other means, including electronic means, the Administrator will process the personal data you provide in that inquiry.

(2) The Administrator processes the data sent in the request for the purpose of correspondence and contact with the User.

(3) Personal data sent in an inquiry are processed in pursuit of the Administrator's legitimate interest, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. in connection with the handling of the inquiry.

(4) Data processed for the purpose of handling an inquiry shall be processed for a period of 10 years from the receipt of the inquiry or the completion of the matter to which the inquiry related.

§ 5.

[Personal Data Security].

(1) Your personal data is processed on top-of-the-line equipment and servers in properly secured information storage centers, to which only authorized persons have access.

(2) The Administrator shall process the User's personal data in compliance with all legal and technical requirements imposed on it by generally applicable data protection laws.

(3) The User's personal information, within the limits covered by this policy and generally applicable laws, will be kept confidential.

§ 6.

[Cookie Policy]

(1) For the convenience of Users, the Administrator uses cookies, among other things, to adapt the Website to the needs of Users and for statistical purposes. Cookies are small text files sent by a website visited by an Internet user to the Internet user's device.

(2) The data collected, in logs, is used only for the purpose of administering the Website.

3 According to the practice of most websites, we store HTTP requests directed to the server (server logs). Accordingly, stored may be:

a. the IP addresses from which Users browse the Website;

b. time of arrival of the query;

c. time of sending the response;

d. the name of the User's device;

e. information about errors in communication Website - User's device;

f. so-called referer link;

g. information about the User's browser.

(4) The collected logs are kept for a maximum of 1 year as support material for the administration of the Website. The information contained in them is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the Website. Based on the log files, statistics may be generated as an aid to administration. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any identifying characteristics of visitors to the Website.

a. session cookies, including Google Analytics session cookies and Google Advertising Domain cookies (which expire after the end of a given session and closing the browser);

b. long-term Google Universal Analytics cookies (expiring after 730 days);

c. short-term Google Universal Analytics cookies (expiring after 1 day);

d. Facebook cookies (expiring after 90 days);

(6) Third-party websites, whose materials may be presented on the Website, may also use cookies, which enable you to log in, and are used to deliver advertisements that match your preferences and behaviors.

(1) You may contact the Administrator at any time to obtain information on how the Administrator processes or intends to process your personal data.
