For years, our sales were mainly based on referral network and direct contacts. With the development of Cognize and the launch of our product / system (Sellina.pl), our specialization has developed - we are the best choice for companies that want to implement a B2B/B2C e-commerce system that supports a large and complex product catalog. Most often, these are companies from technical industries (electrical engineering, industrial automation, heating technology, medical supplies, etc.).
The above means that we are a service company whose core service is implemented based on our product. This means that we should be extremely creative in our approach to marketing and sales - and in this process you will play one of 3 primary roles. You will work closely with the co-CEO - Michael, who is responsible for Marketing and Sales, and the Marketing Specialist, as well as a number of companies and freelancers we work with in the area of marketing and sales.
About 3 years ago, we developed a marketing strategy that we have been consistently implementing, and for its next phase, which is to streamline the sales process and scale our operations, we are looking for a BDR / Sales Support Specialist to help us organize, monitor and improve our sales activities.
Over time, we hope that such a person will take on some of the customer relations and partner network development.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team in qualifying leads
Verification of potential customers based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Deadline).
Contacting leads to analyze their needs and qualify them for further stages.
Ongoing work with leads in our CRM (Pipedrive).
Schedule management for meetings
Coordinate the calendar of consultants and salespeople.
Setting appointments, confirming them and sending invitations.
Reminding clients of upcoming meetings.
Support in the bidding process
Prepare and deliver materials for meetings (client briefs, presentations, price lists).
Taking notes and summaries after meetings, entering data into CRM.
Coordinate the bidding process - collecting and updating bid information for clients.
Optimization of the sales process
Analyze conversions at different stages of sales.
Propose automation and improvements to meeting arrangements and customer communications.
Work with the marketing department to generate leads.
Outbound / prospecting activities
Selection of companies, organization of communication initiating the sales process and conducting its first stages
Our requirements
Min. 2 years of experience working in B2B sales, customer service or sales support.
Experience working in companies similar to our clients - e.g., B2B distribution, e-commerce - would be a very big plus.
Knowledge of the e-commerce industry, B2B systems or technology integrations will be an asset.
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or others).
Ability to analyze and optimize sales processes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in an environment where speed, iterative testing of ideas and self-reliance are important.

Salary: PLN 6,000 - 12,000 net (B2B), depending on experience.
